Hey there! My name is Kelsey & I am a wife, mother of 2 girls, dog mom, and fitness professional (NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, & ITN Certified Hormone Specialist).

I created this program because it is EXACTLY where I wish I would have started when I began my own health & fitness journey, and I want to help YOU create the BALANCED LIFESTYLE you want - one where HEALTH and progress feel both easy & natural!

CUSTOMIZED NUTRITION

Once you are enrolled in The Rulebreaker Method, you will start with your own customized nutrition to follow to help ensure that you are working towards your goals!! Not only do you start the program with customized nutrition programming, but I will be supplying various sample meal plans, giving you brand new recipes each week, and teaching you HOW to get in touch with your body, so you can continue reaching your goals even after you finish the program.

 

WORKOUT PROGRAMMING

During your time in the program, you will have access to my training app. Based on your goals/fitness level, you will begin with either 3x or 4x workouts per week (customized weights and cardio) added right to your calendar, the ability to insert the weight you are lifting, an area to take progress photos, track measurements, and even receive feedback from me! That means 8 full weeks of progressive programming designed specifically to help you get stronger & leaner. Each exercise includes video demonstration so you can learn how to perform the exercises properly; each week you will also receive a printable PDF of the week's workouts.

 

WEEKLY GROUP COACHING CALLS

Research has proven that women are more successful when they commit to a goal and are surrounded by other women with similar goals. Having SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY are key, especially when you are going through the process of learning something new! Creating a new lifestyle can be scary, but when get to meet and surround yourself with women doing the exact same thing as you each week, there's NOTHING BETTER! Our weekly Zoom calls will give you a chance to learn, ask questions, and celebrate wins together!
